The quality of our trainers

Shortlisted for Mediator Trainer of the Year 2020 in the National Mediation Awards

We believe that the quality of the training is usually determined by the quallity of the trainer - Our programmes are personally led by Sarah Crayford Brown, a practicing workplace mediator since 2007. Sarah has extensive experience including:

Sarah is widely experienced including:

The ratio of delegate to trainer

To learn most effectively during the practical aspect of the 6 day programme, we believe that the ratio of delegate to trainer is key so for groups of 8 or more delegates, Sarah works with another skilled and practicing workplace mediator.

The support after the programme

We offer support personal to delegates in the period after the programme - whether this is help in understanding the written assessment or in how to put the new skills into practice.
