The ability to help others to resolve and move on from a dispute is a key skill for HR professionals and managers in all modern workplaces. So much time and resource is wasted on conflicts that are based on people's misunderstandings or misperceptions and are allowed to fester and grow. This training helps delegates to understand how to act quickly when a dispute occurs and what to do to help the parties involved to recognize how the conflict developed and to take ownership for finding a way forward upon which they can all agree.
This training is for HR professionals, managers and others who want to develop their skills and confidence to resolve disputes within their teams or organizations quickly and effectively as and when they arise.
